DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY - This Downtown Redevelopment Authority Project on Allen Parkway converted the thoroughfare to a safer bayou drive, improve pedestrian access to and from adjacent neighborhoods, and provide additional parking along Buffalo Bayou Park. Allen Parkway is one of the Houston's most traveled streets, and it leads right into downtown Houston Construction on Allen Parkway which included the shifting of lanes, bridge construction, and the improvement of connections between Allen Parkway and intersecting streets.
